2. General Provisions
2.1. These Terms define the rules for using the website, conditions for concluding sales agreements, rights and obligations of the parties, as well as return and complaint policies.
2.2. The Phantom Furniture online store is operated on the Shopify Inc. platform.
2.3. Use of the website implies acceptance of these Terms.

3. Order Placement
3.1. Customers can place orders 24/7 through the website.
3.2. Orders are confirmed via email sent to the customer's address.
3.3. The contract is concluded in Polish or English.

4. Prices and Payments
4.1. All prices are quoted in PLN or EUR and include VAT.
4.2. Available payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal.
4.3. Phantom Furniture reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery
5.1. Deliveries are made within Poland and EU countries.
5.2. The delivery time ranges from 5 to 25 business days.
5.3. The cost of delivery is provided during the order process.

6. Returns and Complaints
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
6.2. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6.3. In case of a complaint, the customer should contact customer service and describe the product defect. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
6.4. If the product is defective, the customer may request a replacement, repair, or refund.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
7.1. The administrator of personal data is Phantom Izabela Karaś.
7.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer service.
7.3. Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. Phantom Furniture reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service.
8.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies.
8.3. Any disputes will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of Phantom Furniture.
